I offer a twenty-four (24) month guarantee on each service carried out.

Should a defect covered by the watch service guarantee be identified by my customer service, I commit to repairing or replacing, at my discretion and without any additional cost, any defective component or correcting any flawed service.

As an Authorized Service Center, for the Cartier, Omega, Longines, IWC, Certina, Mido, and Tissot brands, components that are systematically replaced during the full service and waterproofing service are included in the price of the service.

Limitations and exclusions of the watch service guarantee

It is important to note that all other rights arising from the defective performance of my services are explicitly excluded from this warranty. In addition, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accidents or lack of care. The warranty will become void if interventions are carried out by people not approved by my company.
