I offer a warranty of twelve (12) months for vintage watches and twenty-four (24) months for modern watches, on every service performed.
Should a defect covered by the watch service guarantee be identified by my customer service, I commit to repairing or replacing, at my discretion and without any additional cost, any defective component or correcting any flawed service.
As an Authorized Service Center for leading brands Cartier, Omega, Longines, IWC, Certina, Mido, Tissot, Hamilton and Baume & Mercier, The components that are systematically replaced during the full service and water resistance service are included in the service price.
Limitations and exclusions of the watch service guarantee
It is important to note that all other rights arising from defective performance of my services are explicitly excluded from this warranty.
In addition, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accidents or lack of care.
The warranty will be void if interventions are carried out by persons not authorized by my company.
Even after servicing, overhauling, or complete restoration, vintage watches remain more sensitive to shocks and vibrations.
It is therefore strongly discouraged to wear them during the following activities: cycling, scooter riding, golf, high-impact or jarring sports, and any physical activity that may cause sudden movements.
