Recently Brought in a Rolex and a pair of Seiko's for repairs. Phenomenal work done on the Rolex better than I could’ve ever hoped after stopping at many Rolex retailers and being very disappointed with their quotes. The seiko's I was told might be tricky, but I am expecting the other one back next week which is a pleasant surprise. I have to say the watch lab knows how to work on vintage Rolex's better than the factory, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

I brought my Rolex Explorer II to be serviced and to repair some light damage (polishing) and I got my watch back feeling like I just got it out to of the shop for the first time. Excellent service on my vintage Rolex. Costya was extremely responsive during communications before arriving. I flew in to the country with a tight deadline to have the watch completely serviced. He was able to get it done before I left. Throughout the entire process, he kept me up to date with everything he was doing to the watch and at what step he was. Sent plenty of progress pictures. Overall, excellent service. Very happy to have found this place and will definitely bring future watches here whenever I travel back to Switzerland. HIGHLY recommend!!

Accidentally found Costya’s The Watch Lab. Gave in a Rolex Datejust with scratches all over the glass and wristband. Not even a week later, came to pick the watch up and it looked brand new! The glass was perfectly polished and even most of the deep scratches on the wristband were polished off! Will be coming back with more watches and recommending to friends.

Am so thrilled I found Costya. He lovingly repaired and restored my grandfathers watch from 1967. This watch is not a high value make ( which Costya will also service & warranty if you have one as he is certified by Rolex, Omega and all the other top brands etc ) but has tremendous sentimental value . It now looks and works like new, has a 2 year guarantee and the price for the work was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend .

Incredible experience restoring my 1990 Cartier Santos (automatic) at the Watch Lab after Cartier had refused to service without entirely replacing the case and the bracelet — which I did not want to do. Costya's dedication and skill gave the Santos new life (repaired stripped threads and corrosion in the movement) while maintaining the integrity of the piece. HIGHLY recommend.
Wall watch that didn't work I tried to send a message despite the fact that I knew that The Watch Lab normally deals with luxury watches. I was very well received by Costya who took the time to repair it for me and did a very good job. THANKS
The Watch Lab provided a wonderful service. We had only a couple of days in Geneva and yet Costya managed to repair a loved but unworking Ebel watch. He repaired the beautiful watchband which had broken from the main housing of the watch, making it more secure than originally without impairing the look of the band.His workmanship is impeccable and his service friendly and very reasonably priced. His workshop is 'guarded' by the worst watchdog in history - probably wouldn't let an intruder leave until they were exhausted with all the patting.The workshop is not immediately obvious, but keep hunting and you'll find it.Great experience.

Stars are not enough to show Costyas’ value. What this man has done for me is out of this world.I have made a very large purchase for that special someone and I travelled to Geneve right after pickup, where I realized the watch was highly polished and in a bad way but worse the watches crystal had chips/nicks around 2 o clock and 7 o clock (I will write about the company who sold me the watch “like new” on their page) and my stomach just turned I couldnt get any sleep and I was leaving the next day. So I searched all night long found WatchLab and saw that they opened at 8 am which was very surprising as not many establishments in Geneve opened before 10am. I know polishes can be taken care of somehow but the crystal was a very long shot but I had to try, so I went there at 7:30 waited half an hour and rang the bell, and here is when I first saw Costya seeing him so fresh already working it felt like a midday visit.When he saw me I think he understood right away because he said “tell me everything” and I replied “I need you to save my life” and thats exactly what he did !!!He found the watch had been opened before infact around 4 o’clock it had a hair/fiber of some sort, also the corners were polished of, not even talking about the crystal.He turned Geneve upside down found the original Crystal for the watch, he corrected all the misdone polishings and send me to the airport at 12:30.This man is an angel, can not find any other way to describe it. I had a very very bad experience but I got the privilage of meeting Costya and he changed my fortune 180.Costya is an invaluable asset to the world wide watch community, and I do feel as it is my duty to make sure everyone knows there are real “angels” and he is one of them.
